* as far as the product is still deliverable/available. Obviously the customer is obliged to deliver the goods to be returned in a complete, unbroken and clean state. If so, we reserve the right with or - in appropriate cases - without prior notice to refuse the return of goods. Still the legal warranty regulations are to be followed.
