In connection with the sales of batteries or accumulators or with delivery of devices that include batteries or accumulators, we are obliged to inform you of the following pursuant to the Battery Ordinance:
You may return batteries to the shop or regional collection points after use. You may also send batteries back to us by mail. Batteries or accumulators that include hazardous materials are marked by a crossed-out waste basket. Near the waste basket symbol, you will find the chemical name of the hazardous material. Cd means cadmium, Pb means lead and Hg means mercury.
You are obliged by law to return used batteries and accumulators.
We would like to ask you to make a contribution to a clean environment and therefore desist from disposing batteries and accumulators in domestic waste.
