How to handle warranty issues in the event of a defect
Should there be a defect at one of our products we have delivered to you, you might contact the manufacturer's authorized repair shop directly. Getting in touch with the authorized repair shop without detour via the dealer, your request is being processed much faster and thus, you will save a lot of time.
Please consider that a detailled fault report, as well as a copy of the invoice, is attached to the parcel which is sent to the respective repair workshop.
