Return made easy!
Based on the right to return you may return all ordered goods to Fotemia.de, within the legally fixed period of time. In order to speed up the processing of your return, we would like to ask you to get into contact with our support-team via telephone or by eMail:

As soon as all your personal data and all information concering the return are entered into our system, you will recieve a return number (RMA-number) and a parcel label - for free shipping back to our warehouse.
Furthermore we would like to ask you to fill out our return form (the return form was sent to you together with our shipment notice). There you may fill in the RMA-number as well as the reason of your return.
The captured data and RMA-number is used by our logistic-staff for an exact allocation of your return and a significant decrease of handling time. In case you should not be able to find the return form we have sent to you, you may download a new return form here:Downloadlink
